MISSION: To provide greater opportunities for success for young children and students with physical and mental disabilities and those who are at-risk, birth to age 21, in public schools in Clatsop, Columbia, Tillamook, and Washington counties, Oregon.
ACTION: G.A.P.S. awards grants to public school educators and seeks financial support for special education projects that are beyond normal operating budgets in public schools.
